§ 150.60 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of this subchapter is as follows:

   (A)   To establish an ongoing program for identification and registration of buildings and structures which have been vacant for a certain length of time.

   (B)   To establish the responsibilities of owners of these vacant buildings; and

   (C)   To provide for administration and enforcement of standards related to vacant buildings.
