§ 150.50 ADOPTION OF THE UNSAFE BUILDING LAW.
   The town hereby adopts I.C. 36-7-9, which establishes the Indiana Unsafe Building Law and explicitly incorporate by reference the definition of "substantial property interest" found in Indiana Code Section 36-7-9.
