(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person arrested for violating § 130.21 shall be brought before the court having appropriate jurisdiction. The penalty shall be a fine of not more than $100 and court costs and a sentence to the county jail for 30 days.
