(A) The registration of residential and commercial builders shall be required and the Town Building Commissioner shall prepare a registration application to be submitted by such contractors before the performance of work in the town limits. Such application shall require that the contractor be bonded and insured for liability and for workers compensation.
(B) Such registration shall be renewed annually by the contractors.
