§ 95.01 OPEN BURNING.
   (A)   The town will follow Indiana Department of Natural Resources Open Burning Regulations as outlined in IAC 32-6-4-1; and
   (B)   Violations of this chapter will be subjected to the following penalties:
      (1)   First violation - warning;
      (2)   Second violation - $50; and
      (3)   Subsequent violations - $100.
