§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Anyone violating this chapter may be given a warning for each violation. The minimum fine for any violation shall be court costs. The maximum fine for any violation shall be $350 plus court costs. Any person charged with such nuisance violation shall be cited to appear in the Town Court.
