§ 93.06 RECLAMATION OR DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS.
   If no person shall claim the dog or cat and pay for impounding on or before the end of the fifth day of impoundment, it shall be lawful for the person employed by the town to dispose of or kill and dispose of the same.
