The Town of Yorktown, Indiana Official Map is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully as if the same were attached hereto and incorporated herein and is on public display in the Town Hall of Yorktown, Indiana and filed with the offices of the Delaware County Auditor and Recorder. The boundaries set forth therein shall constitute the official boundaries of the Town of Yorktown, Indiana. The Map was duly adopted by the Town Council on August 4, 1981.
