§ 52.05 DISBURSEMENT.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep proper books of records and accounts separate from all other records and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made showing all revenues collected from said works and deposited from said Fund and all disbursement made therefrom on account of the operation of the works or to meet the requirements of the Waterworks Utility Fund and also all transactions relating to said works.
