§ 52.02 WATERWORKS UTILITY FUND ESTABLISHED; USE.
   The Waterworks Utility Fund is established by reference, Ordinance 79, as adopted in the “Yorktown, Indiana Utilities Legislative Index” and shall be used by the town for the payment of principal and interest of bonds issued on account of the waterworks, construction, repair, operation and maintenance of the town waterworks.
