§ 51.05 DISBURSEMENTS.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep proper books of records and accounts separate from all other records and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made showing all revenues collected from the work and deposited from the Fund. These books also shall contain all disbursements made therefrom on account of the operation of the works or to meet the requirements of the Sewage Works Sinking Fund and all transactions relating to the works.
