§ 51.02 SEWAGE WORKS SINKING FUND ESTABLISHED; USE.

Pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-9-23, a fund known as the Sewage Works Sinking Fund is established, which shall be used for payment of principal and interest of bonds issued on account of the sewage works for construction, repair, operation and maintenance of the town sewage treatment works.
