§ 50.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ASHES. Any unburned particle, material or powder resulting from or remaining after a thing has been burned.
   GARBAGE. Any refuse or waste accumulation of animal, fish or vegetable matter.
   TRASH. Broken, discarded, worthless or refuse materials or things not as heretofore defined as garbage or ashes.
