(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-3, authorizing fiscal officer to make certain types of emergency purchases from the Petty Cash Fund by ordinance of the Town Council. The Petty Cash Fund will contain $100.
(B) These purchases include but are not limited to:
(1) Postage for ordinance violations certified letters;
(2) County office recordings;
(3) Miscellaneous operating supplies; and/or
(4) Miscellaneous office supplies.
(C) Each payment of expenses paid pursuant to division (A) above supported by a fully itemized claim including receipts. The claim shall be reviewed and allowed by the Town Council having jurisdiction over the allowance of the claim at its next regular meeting following the payment of expense.
