(A) Creation. There is hereby established the Linda Davis Restricted Donation Fund. Restricted donations can only be accepted for the following purposes and must be handled in the following manner.
(B) Purposes. The donations accepted from individuals, businesses and others wishing to contribute to the Fund for park improvements within Morrow's Meadows:
(1) Money will be paid to the town and deposited into the Linda Davis Restricted Donation Fund;
(2) The Donation Fund can only be expended for the cost associated with expenses such as trees, park benches, cooking grills and playground equipment;
(3) Donations to be paid in the form of cash, check or money order payable to the Linda Davis Donation Fund;
(4) The Clerk-Treasurer is the custodian of the Fund for the town.
