The Administration may sell advertising to be placed in Hoffman Field Numbers 1, 2 and 3, Memorial Stadium and the Municipal Ice Rink. The Administration, with the consent of Council by resolution, may designate additional public parks to receive advertising and promulgate rules and regulations governing all aspects of advertising to be placed within a designed public park.
