Whoever willfully violates the terms of any curfew imposed under this article, or who willfully fails or refuses to comply with the orders of duly authorized law enforcement officers or personnel charged with the responsibility of enforcing the proclamation of emergency authorized herein, shall, upon conviction thereof be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not more than thirty days (30 days).
