Any person violating any provision of this article shall upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not more than ninety days. Upon revocation of any permit granted or renewed hereunder by the City, failure to remove any dumpster or dumpster bag for which a permit has been revoked shall constitute a separate violation for each day after revocation. For each day that a dumpster is placed as provided herein without having obtained a permit therefor, a separate violation shall exist.
