537.04 PEDESTRIAN RIGHT OF WAY ON SIDEWALKS.

Where the riding of skateboards is permitted on sidewalks, the rider shall yield the right of way to pedestrians using the sidewalks, and due and proper care for pedestrians shall at all times be exercised by the riders.
