537.02 SIDEWALK RIDING PROHIBITED IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.

The riding of skateboards upon any sidewalks in the Central Business District of the City is hereby prohibited. The location and boundaries of the Central Business District are delineated on the Zoning Map, City of York, as enacted by Council on December 19, 1995, inclusive of amendments and supplements thereto, and as specified in Section 1303.04 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
