Whoever violates Sections 517.02 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g) shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall be imprisoned for not more than ten days (10-days). Whoever violates Sections 517.02 (h), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p), (q) or (r) shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall be imprisoned for not more than ten days (10 days). Whoever violates Section 517.02 (t) shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall be imprisoned for not more than ten days (10 days) and may subject the vehicle to towing. Whoever violates Section 517.02 (i) and (s) shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, or imprisoned for not more than ninety days (90 days) or both. Whoever violates any other provisions of this article shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall be imprisoned for not more than ten days (10-days).
