All pawnbrokers and dealers in second-hand goods shall identify themselves as such on the Mercantile/Business Privilege License in order to be placed on the City police mailing list updating categories of target goods. Failure to identify a business as a pawnbroker or dealer in second-hand goods as required hereunder shall be a violation of this article.
