308.08 EFFECTIVE DATE AND EXCEPTIONS.

This article shall become effective immediately upon approval by the Mayor. The York City Department of Economic and Community Development and the York City Redevelopment Authority may grant exceptions to the procedure specified in Section 308.04 for projects that are already in development by the entities noted above as of the date of approval by the Mayor.
