307.10.04 INCENTIVE LOAN APPROVAL.

(a) Upon completing the review required by Section 307.10.03 and determining that the applicant will meet all requirements, Economic and Community Development may approve any low-interest Incentive Loan under $15,000.

(b) Low interest Incentive Loans of $15,000 or higher shall go before the Loan Committee for a review and action as established by Section 137.15 of the City's Codified Ordinances. (Ord. 18-2017. Passed 7-18-17.)
