The notice of appeal shall be in writing and filed within thirty calendar days after the decision is rendered by the code officials or designees of the Department of Economic Development and/or the Department of Fire/Rescue Services. The notice of appeal shall be filed in a form acceptable to the Board and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as is otherwise set forth by resolution of the Council. (Ord. 26-2015.
