Where a Fire Prevention Inspector finds a fire hazard condition to exist detrimental to life or health which has not been corrected within forty-eight hours after written notice, he shall report the same to the Bureau of Health, to take such action as they deem necessary, This procedure shall be additional to any other remedy granted in this article.
