1729.05 USES OF PAID FEES AND FINES.

(a) Registration fees shall become dedicated to a line item in the budget for the Fire Department’s enforcement and administration of the Vacant Property Registration requirements within this section. Fines for violations of this article shall go to the City’s General Fund.
