Permits and approvals issued pursuant to this Title Six do not relieve the applicant of the responsibility to secure required permits or approvals for work to be done which is regulated by any other applicable code, rule, act or ordinance. The storm water management and erosion and sedimentation control regulations of this Title Six supersede any ordinances currently in effect for storm water management and erosion and sedimentation control. However, any underlying ordinance shall remain in effect to the extent that those provisions are more restrictive.
