a) Uses established by a variance granted by the Zoning Hearing Board may be continued indefinitely as long as the facts and circumstances of the use remain consistent with those presented to the Zoning Hearing Board at the time the variance was approved.
b) The expansion of a use established by a varianceeither as an increase in size or increase in the scope of the specific use approved shall require a new approval from the Zoning Hearing Board. For purposes of this ordinance, the scope of the use is the specific use approved by the Zoning Hearing Board, not the broad or general category or definition the approved use may fall under.
