§ 56.138 EMERGENCY ABATEMENT.
   If any nuisance exists in such a condition that it constitutes an emergency threat to the public health, peace, safety, or to the environment that would necessitate the nuisance be summarily abated, the public officer, after consultation with and concurrence from the county manager may proceed to abate the nuisance if the responsible person or responsible party is otherwise unwilling or unable to immediately abate the emergency condition.
