(A) The duly authorized public officers of York County and the sheriffs department shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter. All county agencies, offices, departments and employees shall assist in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Subchapter provisions are cumulative. Nothing in this subchapter, or any other subchapter, shall be construed to abrogate or impair the powers of the courts or of any department of the county to enforce any provisions of its ordinances or regulations, or to prevent or punish violations thereof and the powers conferred by this subchapter shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law.
