§ 56.030 PUBLIC NUISANCE DECLARED.
   It shall be unlawful and a public nuisance for any owner, agent or occupant of any commercial or industrial structure to allow to remain any abandoned, uninhabitable structure in the unincorporated area of the county which, because of the condition of the walls, floors, roof, defective construction, decay or other cause, is unsafe or defective and which could not be renovated, repaired or upgraded to conform to standards of the most recent version of the International Building Code with modifications and appendices adopted by York County Council, at a cost of 50% or less of the purchase price of the commercial or industrial structure.
