§ 56.003 NUISANCES PROHIBITED AND UNLAWFUL.
   No person or entity shall, whether by action or inaction, create, cause, permit the existence or continuation of, any public nuisance in an unincorporated area of the county involving any real or personal property under that person's or entity's control, possession, or ownership, whether by recorded or unrecorded instrument or permission.
