§ 130.02 SURVEILLANCE OF RETAIL ACTIVITIES INVOLVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY OUT-OF-STATE OFFICERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who is an official or agent of a state other than South Carolina to come into the county, while being paid directly or indirectly by the other state and while acting in the capacity of official or agent of the other state, to enforce the state’s laws relating to alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages, including any law levying a tax on the beverages, or to conduct an investigation or surveillance at or about a retail liquor establishment or cause to be surveilled, activities done in the county relating to a possible violation of the state’s laws relating to the importation of alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages.
