For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER, OPERATOR, LESSEE OR DISTRIBUTOR. Every person, firm, corporation or entity who owns, operates, leases, distributes or permits the ownership, operation, lease, distribution or use of one or more video poker machines at one or more premises or locations in the county, regardless of the ownership of the premises or location.
VIDEO POKER MACHINES. Those machines described in S.C. Code §§ 1221 through 2710(A)(3), as amended.
