§ 92.32 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   The fire official or the official’s authorized representative may, at all reasonable times, have free access and right-of-entry to any building, whether completed or under construction, or to any property, for the purpose of making an inspection or investigation to enforce any of the provisions of this code.
   (B)   No person, owner or occupant of any building or premises shall fail, after proper credentials are displayed, to permit entry into any building or onto any property by the fire official or the official’s authorized agent for the purpose of inspections pursuant to this code. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
