§ 92.16 FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT.
   All fire departments providing fire protection services within the York County Rural Fire District shall maintain their financial records and bookkeeping in accordance with standards to be determined by the York County Treasurer. All fire departments must make their books and accounting records available for inspection and audit upon request by the York County Council, County Manager, Director of Fire Services, or York County Treasurer.
