§ 92.13 AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDIVIDUAL FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
   York County Council is authorized to enter into contractual relationships with individual fire departments to secure the provision of fire protection services within the geographic service areas of the fire departments.
