§ 92.12 FIRE PROTECTION POLICIES AND BEST PRACTICES.
   York County, with input from the Fire Advisory Committee, shall develop basic policies required of all fire departments and best practice guidelines recommended for all fire departments to be approved by York County Council. York County Council may amend its basic policies and best practice recommendations from time to time as may be necessary.
