§ 91.04 TRANSFER OF ASSETS THERETO.
   All assets and property, both real and personal, owned by the county library prior to the creation of the library system hereunder shall be transferred to the county by the persons or entities owning titles thereto. All assets and property shall be for the exclusive use of the county library system.
