§ 91.03 FUNDING.
   (A)   The county library system shall be funded by a combination of annual appropriations by the County Council, and financial aid provided by the state and federal governments and other sources.
   (B)   A tax levied specifically for the support of the county library system shall apply to all persons and corporations subject to school taxes.
