(A) The county library system is deemed to be an educational agency and gifts and donations of funds or property to the county library system or any of its parts shall be deductible by the donors for tax purposes as provided by law for gifts and donations for tax purposes.
(B) All state laws and regulations relating to county public library systems shall apply to the county library system.
(C) All employees of the county library system shall be subject to the provisions of S.C. Code § 4-9-30(7).
