§ 31.23 DISPLAY OF FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT LINK AND POLICY ON WEB SITE; ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE; CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND JUDICIAL AGENCY EXCEPTION.
   (A)   The York County main website must provide a link to the S.C. Freedom of Information Act on its webpage and clearly display the county person responsible for administration of FOIA requests and the county’s FOIA policy.
   (B)   Where the county, its agencies, boards, commissions, institutions, departments, officials or employees are authorized to collect personal information, a FOIA disclaimer must be placed on all forms, email footers and websites.
   (C)   This section does not apply to criminal justice or judicial agencies.
