(A) For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC RECORD. Includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, cards, tapes, recordings, electronic communications, or other documentary materials regardless of physical form or characteristics prepared, owned, used, in the possession of, or retained by a public body.
(B) Any York County department, agency, board, or commission must provide FOIA requests and FOIA responses to the Public Information Officer or employee charged with FOIA.
