(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any animal that is a public nuisance as defined in this chapter upon their premises or on the premises of another.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to hoard animals.
(C) Any person walking or owning an animal must clean up any waste deposited by the animal on public property or the private property of anyone other than the property of the animal’s owner.
