§ 151.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Legislature of the State of South Carolina has in S.C. Code, Title 4, Chapters 9 (Article 1), 25, and 27, and amendments thereto, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the County Council of York County, South Carolina does ordain as provided in this chapter.
