§ 50.49 TAX FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1992, ESTABLISHED.
   The county auditor shall levy and the county treasurer shall collect, in the same manner as county taxes are levied and collected, a tax of $661,608 on all taxable property located within the special tax district, the proceeds of which shall be applied to the cost of administering and operating district solid waste collection and disposal programs.
