§ 35.112 RESALE WHEN BIDDER FAILS TO REMIT IN CASH.
   In case the successful bidder fails to remit in cash within the time specified, the official charged with the collection of delinquent taxes shall duly readvertise the same property for sale in the same manner on the legal sales day in November next.
