§ 35.110 PAYMENT BY SUCCESSFUL BIDDER; RECEIPT; DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS.
   The successful bidder at the delinquent tax sale shall pay cash to the official charged with the collection of delinquent taxes in the full amount of the bid on the day of sale. Upon payment, the person officially charged with the collection of delinquent taxes shall furnish the purchaser a receipt for the purchase money and annex the receipt to the duplicate warrant with the endorsement thereon of the official’s actions thereunder. All delinquent tax sale monies collected shall be turned over to the treasurer as now provided by law.
