§ 35.106 ELECTION TO COME UNDER PROVISIONS OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA.
   The county hereby elects to come under and be bound by the provisions of S.C. Code §§ 12-51-10 et seq., as amended. The county shall have and exercise any of the powers granted by S.C. Code §§ 12-51-10 et seq., as amended.
